The Gallup test is a unique tool for diagnosing talents and strengths that can help you get to know yourself and how you work. Knowing your talents, you’ll know what qualities you’ll develop to build on them to build on your strengths and ultimately be more effective and achieve more.
Manager’s Academy – a workshop
At the workshop you will learn how to build your own authority by building credible messages. You will learn the rules of assertive communication and managing emotions during difficult conversations. You will discover your strengths and weaknesses in the team. You will learn how to delegate and enforce tasks, increase the effectiveness of your own work by applying techniques of managing yourself in time.
