Currently we are looking for a person who wants to start a career in IT as a Tester / 1st Level Support.

YOUR JOB WOULD INCLUDE:
serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over email
determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
verification of compliance with clients' requirements
confirmation and implementation of tests scenarios within the framework of projects currently
documenting testing results
close cooperation with developers
TO DO THE JOB YOU NEED:
efficiency in dealing with problems
good knowledge of English
knowledge of the use of mobile devices (smartphone, tablet)
work experience in UK/Ireland is more than welcome
training to maximise your skills and potential
exploring various areas of software production and managemet
participation in the development of modern IT solutions
