Opis stanowiska

Your Task
- Leading internal IT Help Desk Team, allocating tickets, conducting quality checks
- Providing a management escalation point for incidents and service requests handled by the Team
- Ensuring that all contractual SLA’s are met uptime and high level of customer service quality is maintained
- Training and coaching team members to ensure they possess correct knowledge and skills required to provide accurate, relevant information and guidance
- Identifying opportunities for improvements and its implementation

Wymagania

Our Requirements
- 1st line of IT support experience, ITIL awareness and ability to share knowledge of IT Service Management Best Practices
- High-level organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent Customer Focus
- Good people management skills, ability to carry out trend analysis on team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Practical capabilities in the field of time, conflict and stress management
- Very good communication skills in English and Polish (written and verbal)
