Your responsibilities

  • Employee lifecycle administration (i.e. hiring, employee changes, termination processes),

  • Process monthly payroll cycle for the cluster of countries assigned, in cooperation with payroll providers,

  • Cooperation with payroll vendor,

  • Hiring contracts and amendment letters preparation,

  • Preparation of reports on HR and Payroll data,

  • Support in the carry-out of strategic HR Projects and modern HR solutions implementation,

  • Support employees and HR Business Partners with general HR administration and ad hoc requests.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position,

  • Experience of working for Payroll provider is a plus,

  • Experience in the shared service environment is a plus,

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent,

  • Knowledge of English (min.B2),

  • Analytical and organizational skills,

  • Client approach.
