Hey, we’re Slefty 👋

We’re the Wrocław branch of a Portuguese engineering & tech company in the AEC industry. Our team here is just 2 people — and we’re looking for a third one to help us grow.

What do we do? BIM Modeling, Coordination, Management, 3D scanning, and building our own products for the construction industry. We’re also launching new startups — so if you want to be there when things are just getting started, this is the place.

We’re not a corporation. We don’t have 47 layers of approval. We have Revit, a 3D scanner, tons of ideas, and we need someone who thinks like us: “how can we do this faster, smarter, and better?”

🔍 Who are we looking for?

Someone who:

• Knows Revit and wants to master it even further — it will be your main tool (expect a short practical test at the start)
• Is passionate about technology and architecture — not because they have to be, but because they’re genuinely curious
• Always looks for a better way — if your first reaction to a new task is “can we automate this?” — we’ll get along just fine
• Is interested in AI for design — we want to explore together how AI is transforming the AEC industry and put it into practice
• Communicates in English — we work daily with our team in Portugal, so English is a must
• Is open to modeling across all disciplines — architecture, structural, MEP — there’s no room for boredom here

🛠 What will you be doing?

• BIM modeling in Revit (multiple disciplines — from architecture to MEP)
• Model coordination in Navisworks
• On-site 3D scanning trips (yes, you leave the office and see real buildings!)
• Creating Dynamo scripts and exploring AI tools to automate workflows
• Co-creating products and tools for the AEC industry
• Collaborating with the team in Portugal

✅ Requirements

Must-have:

• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit (be ready for a short test!)
• Communicative English (B1/B2)
• Technological curiosity and a hunger to keep learning
• Openness to new tools: Navisworks, Dynamo, AI

Nice-to-have:

• Driver’s license (sometimes you need to get to a scan site)
• Experience with Dynamo / visual programming
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in a design context
• Degree in architecture / civil engineering — but skills and drive matter more
