Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth experience through hands-on involvement in frontline production, rotating through relevant positions under the guidance of management to learn fundamental production knowledge, process workflows, and management requirements.
- Participate in various skill and management training programs organized by the company, actively accumulating multi-role knowledge and experience. Regularly summarize work insights and report progress to supervisors to define a clear career path and prepare for roles such as Production Process Technician, Cleaning Technician, or Team Leader.
- Assist in supervising production planning and execution, providing guidance and control throughout the process to ensure on-time order delivery.
- Apply management methods to ensure product quality meets customer requirements and assist in monitoring workshop costs and expenses to drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in optimizing orderliness & safety of production area, and site layout to enhance on-site management standards.
- Support improvements in production efficiency and management capabilities, assist in new employee skill development, team performance evaluation, and team-building activities.
- Assist in collecting and organizing production data and information, participate in workshop meetings and exception handling, and support the implementation of management requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (Chemical Engineering and Material Science are preferred).
- Genuine interest in factory production and process workflows. Strong practical skills and willingness to observe and learn from frontline positions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to integrate practical experience with theoretical knowledge.
- Personal Attributes: Strong willingness to communicate and a collaborative team spirit.
- Fluency in English (minimum CEFR B2 level) and Chinese (proficiency in Polish will be an additional advantage).
