Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Planning: Translate sales orders into manufacturing work orders. Develop and issue daily/weekly production schedules based on customer due dates, machine capacity, and specific process requirements (e.g., color matching, machine cleaning). Efficiently manage and prioritize rush orders and schedule changes.
- Order Fulfillment & Tracking: Liaise with the Sales/Marketing department to confirm and commit to delivery timelines. Monitor production progress from start to finish, proactively coordinate resolutions for any disruptions or delays, and ensure on-time completion of all customer orders.
- Material Control & Inventory Analysis: Monitor and control inventory levels of both raw materials and finished goods. Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory structure, aging, and turnover rates (e.g., DIO). Lead initiatives to reduce excess and obsolete stock, and optimize inventory strategies to balance service levels and cost.
- Resource Coordination & Problem Solving: Identify potential and actual resource conflicts related to capacity bottlenecks, equipment maintenance/upgrades, and material shortages. Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to drive root cause analysis and ensure effective, closed-loop problem resolution.
- Data & Systems Management: Expertly utilize the company’s ERP/MRP system to perform production scheduling and material requirements planning (MRP) runs. Ensure master data integrity and generate key performance indicator reports, such as Schedule Attainment and Inventory Turnover, to support management decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with chemical production processes; proficient in the logic and operation of ERP systems (e.g., SAP); highly skilled in using Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent statistical and logical analysis skills. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proven ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Fluency in English (at least equivalent to CEFR Level B2 or above).
