Responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee end-to-end operations from receiving and put-away to storage and dispatch, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  2. Logistics & Delivery: Manage outbound shipments and carrier relations to optimize cost and ensure on-time delivery.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor stock, handle aging/defective items, conduct stocktakes, and improve inventory efficiency.
  4. Production Support: Deliver raw materials to production lines (FIFO) and manage finished goods transfer to warehouse.
  5. Safety & Maintenance: Maintain warehouse safety standards and equipment (e.g., forklifts) for secure, efficient operations.
  6. Problem Solving: Resolve major logistics exceptions and complete ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, international trade or a related field.
  2. Professional knowledge in warehouse operations, site management, and related systems. 3.Familiar with international trade processes.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent data organization and analytical skills.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility, principled approach, high safety and risk awareness, and proven ability to solve complex problems.
  5. Fluency in English (at least equivalent to CEFR Level B2 or above).
