As a Summer Trainee, you will work closely with our experts, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Your responsibilities
- Design and implement simulation models for complex systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability in link-level simulations
- Test and validate simulation scenarios, identifying and resolving issues to maintain high-quality results
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to gather requirements and integrate simulation outcomes into project plans
- Analyze simulation data and provide recommendations to optimize system performance and efficiency
- Document simulation processes and results to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with industry trends and new simulation technologies to enhance capabilities
- Support the development and maintenance of reliable simulation infrastructure
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and promote best practices within the team
Your skills and experience
Must-Have:
- Active student status (preferred fields: Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time over the summer in the Wroclaw office
- Proficiency in MATLAB for developing and customizing models
- Knowledge of telecommunications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot simulation issues
- Good communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and present simulation findings to stakeholders
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with system simulation techniques and successful simulation projects
- Knowledge of machine learning or AI to enhance models with predictive algorithms
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on simulation technologies
