Zakres obowiązków

  • Coordinate and track actions of internal Cross-Functional Team (CFT) related to implementation of customer project from nomination to SOP (+3 months post SOP).
  • Direct communication/cooperation with Technical Engineering Launch & Equipment Engineering Teams in overseas head-office, as well as External Sales Teams in Japan and Germany.
  • Project schedule creation, management, updating and reporting.
  • Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) tracking, including all required documentation.
  • Tracking and reporting of Project Budget.
  • Close cooperation with and strong support of engineering department: Support engineering team with supplier meetings related to equipment as required. Support engineering team with overseas Technical Engineering Launch & Equipment Engineering Teams’ meeting as required.
  • Efficient information sharing with a focus to avoid overlap of tasks, but with mutual support to ensure effective completion of tasks.
  • Handover of project to production under Program Manager supervision.
  • Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions/countermeasures.
  • Lead and/or actively participate in regular meetings to report and/or track project progress: Internal CFT, Production preparation meeting with overseas Technical Engineering Launch team, Project review meetings with customer.
  • Report directly to the Program Manager regarding project progress, issues, critical items.
  • Assist Program Manager in any requested tasks related to general functioning of the Project Management department.

Wymagania

  • Proven Project Engineering/Project Management experience of at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
  • Good understanding of engineering principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills: time and task management.
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English level.
  • Advanced negotiation and explanation ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, both within the company and when dealing externally.
  • Ability to create clear & concise information, together with high-level presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to make and manage good relationships.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability/flexibility a must.
  • Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines, and in high pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a decentralized project management structure with various level of stake-holders, and project element leaders’ involvement.
