As a Data Engineer Summer Trainee, you’ll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in AI. You’ll have the chance to experiment with the latest trends, models, and tools, and make a real impact on a core company initiative. This role is perfect for those passionate about AI and eager to gain practical experience.
Your responsibilities
- Support the setup and testing of genAI applications, ensuring smooth implementation
- Assist with data processing tasks, utilizing your programming skills to automate and optimize data workflows
- Help identify and resolve bugs, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI systems
- Implement new features and enhancements, working closely with the development team
- Collaborate with the team to define clear requirements and create effective prompts for chatbot development
- Gain exposure to RAG, vector databases, LLMs, and agents, expanding your knowledge of chatbot development concepts
- Assist in the development and testing of innovative AI solutions, staying at the forefront of industry trends
- Document and communicate your work, ensuring knowledge transfer and collaboration within the team
Your skills and experience
- Active student status
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work full-time over the summer in the Wroclaw office
- Basic programming skills, particularly in Python, are essential for this role
- A solid understanding of command-line basics is required for efficient system interaction
- Knowledge of chatbot development concepts, including RAG, vector databases, LLMs, and agents, is highly advantageous
- A strong interest in AI and a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies
- Experience with defining clear requirements and creating effective prompts for chatbots is preferred
