What you’ll be DOING
What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Understanding the team’s dynamic working style and familiarizing them with the stakeholders and team’s practices and approaches.
- Develop and implement VBA tools based on prioritized business needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Conduct thorough testing of tools, gather feedback from users, and make necessary adjustments. Ensure that applications are user-friendly and effectively address the identified business challenges.
- Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and ideas for improvement to supervisor, fostering a collaborative
- Report issues and concerns immediately to the manager and to concerned teams.
You will report to Delivery Lead.
What you will BRING
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Capability to develop and debug VBA macros, perform testing & BRD documentation.
- Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.
- Attention to detail in every single line of code as per business requirement
- Ability to single handedly manage projects by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with business / stakeholders.
- Capability of collaborating with another department or colleague to fix a software issue. It is important to have a collaborative mindset.
- Good communication skills, should be self-motivated and self-supervised.
