Responsibilities
- Customer support via tickets, phone, or email in the following areas: order status, order processing, account updates, and system management.
- Responding to basic customer inquiries and resolving issues related to scanners, basic network configuration, and scanning support.
- Maintaining high and consistent performance in line with KPI requirements.
- Creating documentation and working with office software such as MS Office and Salesforce.

Requirements
- German language proficiency at a minimum B2+/C1 level
- Communicative English skills
