Associate Customer Care Representative with German 19 views

Responsibilities

  • Customer support via tickets, phone, or email in the following areas: order status, order processing, account updates, and system management.
  • Responding to basic customer inquiries and resolving issues related to scanners, basic network configuration, and scanning support.
  • Maintaining high and consistent performance in line with KPI requirements.
  • Creating documentation and working with office software such as MS Office and Salesforce.
