Position Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated Data & Analytics Intern to join our Data team for 3-month placement. In this role, you will support the optimization and management of data solutions, gaining hands-on experience with Azure services and Power BI in a real-world business environment. This internship provides opportunities to contribute directly to projects that drive insights and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in managing and optimizing Azure SQL databases and related services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps).

• Collaborate with team members to understand business and technical needs.

• Migrate data products to Databricks.

• Optimize and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and dataflows.

• Document processes, workflows, and project updates clearly and systematically.

• Seek feedback, apply learnings, and proactively improve your own ways of working.

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.

• Interest in cloud platforms (experience with Azure or Databricks is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI experience is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proactive learner eager to grow in the field of data and analytics.

• Proficiency in English.

• Located in Wroclaw and ready to work in hybrid mode (50% on-site).
