Low‑code is a fast‑growing technology that lets visual application development using intuitive drag‑and‑drop tools, making it accessible to curious, analytical thinkers -even without a traditional programming background. As an Intern Low‑Code Consultant, you will learn to design and configure applications through structured onboarding, hands‑on practice, and close collaboration with experienced specialists.
At Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest Low‑Code Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly. This role offers an excellent starting point to build a future‑oriented career in digital solution development.
Your tasks
- You will create low‑code solutions by configuring process logic, forms, and business rules, supporting international projects for large organizations, with guidance from experienced team members.
- You will work in a highly agile, collaborative team, delivering solutions iteratively and adapting quickly to change.
- You will verify and validate implemented solutions, identify issues, and support troubleshooting activities.
- You will document your work and decisions to ensure clarity, quality, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- You will continuously learn and develop your low code skills through hands on practice, internal training and project assignments.

- You demonstrate analytical, process‑oriented thinking and enjoy understanding how things work end to end.
- You can explain complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and manage expectations in a pragmatic way.

- No prior low‑code or programming experience is required – we will support your learning from the ground up.
