Who this course is for:

• Final-year students of bachelor or master studies ;
• Basic knowledge of Java SE;
• Knowledge of at least one procedural programming language (Pascal, C, BASIC, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• English B1 level

Nice to have:

• German and Russian A2 level or motivated candidates who are ready to actively learn.

Course start date: March 30, 2026
Duration: Approximately 3 months ( 80 hours)

Format: Hybrid (remote learning + office attendance once a week at IBA Poland in Wrocław)

Course Program:

During the course, you will:

• Master the server management environment and develop scripts to automate routine tasks;
• Work with system job control language, use server utilities, and automate job workflows;
• Design and execute queries for relational databases;
• Develop server-side business logic in a high-level programming language for financial and transactional systems;
• Create real-time interactive applications and message processing systems.

Career Opportunity:

Upon successful completion of the course and passing the final exams, graduates will be offered a position at IBA Poland as a Business Application Developer on IBM Z Server Platforms.
