Over the course of three years, with three rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience, take on real responsibilities, and work across different locations within manufacturing functions, which might include: Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer or Junior Line Technical Lead.

The Role:
You’ll get to work across our plant operations in a series of three 12 month rotations across 3 years. These are designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills including core experiences of food manufacturing and project engineering. You will experience a variety of roles across at least two of our plants in Poland, starting with Jankowice (near Poznań) or Bielany Wrocławskie.
Who Are We Looking For?
You are willing to become a future leader within Mondelēz International, and should be comfortable with a varied career track, and expect geographic mobility.
- A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or a related field
- Fluent in English & Polish,
- Excited about working in diverse environments and relocating for rotations
- A problem-solver, communicator, and collaborator
- Passionate about innovation and sustainability
- Ready to challenge the status quo and grow into a leadership role
- Mobility to relocate whilst on the Graduate scheme
