I have over six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, providing validation services – primarily in the area of Computer System Validation (CSV) and Computer Software Assurance (CSA). I have successfully completed nearly 50 projects for clients in both Polish and international markets. In my work, I combine specialized knowledge in validation and artificial intelligence with strong project management skills.

I am experienced in the comprehensive development of validation documentation and maintaining systems in a validated state in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices (GxP), including:

• Risk Assessments (Initial Risk Assessment – IRA, Functional Risk Assessment – FRA)

I adapt the validation approach to the specific needs of the client and ensure compliance with their internal procedures. Currently, I am also engaged in topics related to AI and its application in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on ensuring appropriate quality and compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the AI Act.

The experience I have gained gives me a unique perspective, which I am eager to share with others. I have completed nearly 50 projects in Poland and abroad, which has allowed me to develop both broad practical and strategic knowledge in the areas of validation, project management, and system implementation in compliance with GxP regulations. I have encountered many quality and project-related challenges, which gives me practical insight into how to effectively address such issues.

As a mentor, I combine expert experience with the ability to transfer knowledge in a structured, practical, and tailored way. I support the growth of both beginners and those looking to deepen their understanding of quality aspects, the pharmaceutical industry, IT, and project management.

Being actively involved in topics related to AI and regulations such as the AI Act, I help others better understand and implement these requirements in practice. While serving as a Project Manager, I have learned not only how to manage complex initiatives but also how to support the development of team members’ competencies — which naturally evolved into a mentoring approach.

I share not only technical knowledge but also my experience in building effective teams, overcoming project challenges, and communicating successfully with stakeholders.

As a former student of a technical university, I had no idea such career paths existed, and now I truly enjoy my work and find it fascinating—so I’m eager to share my perspective and show students the opportunities available in this field.

The goal of my mentoring is not only to share knowledge, but above all to support the development of confidence, independence, and effectiveness in action, as well as to showcase the opportunities available to them.

I see the relationship with my Mentee as a partnership based on mutual trust, openness, and honesty. I want to create a safe space where the Mentee feels comfortable asking questions, sharing doubts, and discussing their goals and challenges.

I don’t want to impose ready-made solutions—instead, I value exploring possibilities together, asking thought-provoking questions, and sharing my experiences in a practical way that is tailored to the Mentee’s situation.

My goal is for the mentoring relationship to be a source of genuine support—for both professional development and motivation. I want to be someone who inspires, offers concrete guidance, and helps the Mentee recognize their own potential.

I believe that a good mentoring relationship is one that leads to independence, greater confidence, and the courage to make informed career decisions.

I value authenticity, open communication, ambition, and a willingness to learn—both on the part of the Mentee and myself. I appreciate people who are eager to grow, ask questions, are not afraid to admit when they don’t know something, and are curious about new perspectives. With over 15 years of experience in production management and continuous improvement, I am currently the Production Operations Manager at 3M Wrocław Consumer Business Group, where from December 2023 I am responsible for managing the production plant and implementing changes leading to operational excellence. My key competencies include promoting safety culture, managing operations, supply chain, quality control and ensuring customer service. I focus on analyzing production data, monitoring budgets and production goals, as well as developing policies and procedures that support operational efficiency.

From March to November 2023, as the Continuous Improvement Project Leader and Project Manager, I led the relocation of the factory to Wrocław, managing the project team, monitoring the budget and deadlines.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2020-2023, I completed many projects, including launching a new production line for PAPR filters. All activities conducted during this time resulted in savings of around USD 12 million in 2022. Thanks to my actions, it was also possible to implement non-moving inventory management standards in the EMEA area, which resulted in a reduction of inventory by over USD 4 million.

During my career at 3M, I held various roles, including production planning team leader and planning team leader, achieving significant results in inventory reduction, service improvement and stabilization of planning processes.

Before 3M, I worked as a Production Planning Specialist at Ruukki and Macopharma. I successfully created and implemented MRP tools in Excel, which enabled a 60% reduction in inventory and an 80% reduction in the number of express transports.

I am a motivated leader with skills in data analysis, project management and implementation of continuous improvement processes, which contributes to achieving organizational goals and development strategies.

As a mentor, I want to take advantage of the opportunity to share my knowledge and experience. I want to inspire the younger generation to act, overcome difficulties and pursue their goals.

It will also be a great learning opportunity for me. I want to learn the perspective of the young generation’s approach to the world and work. Now these people will be entering the job market and will also be the core of my organization.

Additionally, it will expand both my and their network. Relationships are key to achieving success and developing a career. As a mentor, I can have an impact on the development of other people’s careers and personal lives.

Mentoring will also be a motivation to constantly improve by challenging myself to be a better coach for my mentees.

I can offer 20 years of experience in manufacturing organizations with foreign capital. I had the opportunity to see work from different perspectives (planning, projects, operations) which gave me a broad view of the relationships between functions, different perspectives on priorities. My stories (both failures and successes) will be a valuable lesson for the mentee.

The most important thing will be to recognize the individual needs of the mentee. What does he want to achieve and how can I help him. I will be the person who will listen to him/her and support him/her in difficult moments.

I can also offer an internship program in our company. Thanks to this, he will get to know the nature of work in the factory, meet new people, and expand his contacts.

During our sessions, we will have the opportunity to talk about professional plans, career planning, preparation for job interviews.

The relationship should be based on trust. The mentee must feel comfortable sharing their concerns, aspirations, and challenges. Mutual exchange of information and constructive criticism are important. As a mentor, I will be open to feedback from the mentee and will adapt my approach to better meet their needs.

My job will be to inspire, motivate, and help overcome roadblocks.

The mentoring relationship should foster the development of both the mentee and the mentor. I can learn a lot from my mentee, which can enrich my own experiences and perspectives.

Mentoring takes time and commitment. Regular meetings and conversations are key to building a strong relationship and achieving goals. The ability to listen and understand the mentee’s perspective is essential. Empathy allows for a deeper connection and a better understanding of their needs.

Mentoring relationships often bring the greatest benefits in the long term, which is why it is worth investing time and effort into building lasting bonds.

The desire to develop, to learn new perspectives, to leave the comfort zone. I am a person who works in project mode. I stabilize the area I am in and after achieving the goal I want to move on.

I focus more on what can be done to make it better than on explaining why it is bad. It is not a problem if you do not know something. The problem is if you do not want to find out.

All this must be based on the pillars of openness, respect and honesty. We will not achieve anything alone. Psychological safety is the key to effective cooperation.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wroclaw University of Technology, where I obtained a master’s degree in Computer Science.

After completing my studies, I started working at InsERT S.A., which is currently a leader in software for the SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) market. Along with the team, we developed software for sales management – Subiekt GT, Sprint, nexo. I am proud that I managed to implement the idea of opening up the software’s GT line through an API, which led to the creation of the entire ecosystem of extensions.

Currently, I serve as an investment advisor, where I strive to leverage my professional experience. My main areas of focus include information technology, innovations, and modern solutions for businesses, among others. I also make an effort to share my knowledge and experience with others.

Currently, I am at a point in my professional life when I believe it is worth sharing the knowledge and experience I have acquired. As Jack Ma, CEO of Alibaba Group, expressed at the conference, describing what to pay attention to and what to focus on at the right age.

I believe that transferring knowledge accumulated over the years is a valuable endeavor. Personally, I have discovered that sharing knowledge not only brings me joy, but also gives me great personal satisfaction. At this point in my career, I see the benefits of mentoring for both the person I support and myself. This is a kind of win-win strategy exercise.

Mentoring is not only about providing information, but also about building a relationship based on trust and mutual respect. It often turns out that both parties benefit from such a relationship – the mentor evolves by learning new perspectives, and the mentee gains valuable insights and support.

I can offer my time and experience in the IT industry, especially when it comes to creating software from scratch as a proprietary product.

I started from the very beginning, writing the first lines of code as a programmer, and then transitioning to the role of a team lead in a software development team. But that’s not all – I also had the opportunity to recruit for such teams and engage in various aspects of project and later product management.

Throughout my career, I worked on applications, collaborating with a UI/UX designer at a time when these matters were not yet popular in Poland.

Personal development and active career planning are my passion.

While working for Bosch, I collaborated with many students and graduates, offering support in their onboarding and initial projects. I also had the opportunity to meet many highly experienced individuals from whom I learned a lot, so I understand how important this is. It was a great opportunity for us to exchange experiences, grow together, and build fantastic relationships.

In my career to date, I have had the opportunity to learn the workings of many industries and environments, from investment banks through corporations to small software companies and start-ups.

Before starting my own company, I was involved in designing and implementing solutions based on the AWS cloud. I also implemented best practices related to DevOps methodology. I have been working with PWr for the Konferencja Projektów Zespołowych (KPZ) for the past few years.

Since January 2022, I have been running my company providing solutions using Salesforce technology.

On my educational path, I did not come across anyone who shared his experience and knowledge of the IT market. I would have avoided some mistakes then, and my professional career would have gained momentum much earlier.

I want to share my experience with talented young people who may feel lost when they see job offers for a junior position requiring, for example, 2 years of commercial experience, knowledge of 2 frameworks, and the ability to use a whole set of project management tools.

I’m happy to use my network of contacts to promote talented people and to point them to places that will allow them to spread their wings even further.
