If you join the NPI (New Product Introduction) Support Team you will assist in the deployment and integration of Nokia’s products and solutions into customer environments.
Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas as full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months.

Your responsibilities
- Assist in the introduction of new products and solutions into customer networks
- Support deployment processes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements
- Provide basic technical support during the NPI phase
- Support the preparation of technical documentation and presentations
- Observe and learn about NPI processes, contributing ideas for improvement
- Assist in gathering feedback to enhance product quality and reliability
Your skills and experience
Must-Have:
- Active status of student for minimum a year
- Good communication in English and good interpersonal skills
- Administration skills in Red Hat/ Linux or other UNIX systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based solutions
Nice-to-have:
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Basic understanding of telecommunications technologies
- Programming background with Python and Bash is a plus
