In this role, you’ll collaborate with both business and technical teams, gain hands‑on experience with system integrations, and support our transition from C4C to Salesforce in 2026 – a great opportunity to see how large organizations evolve their digital tools.

What’s CRM?
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the system that helps us manage customer information, track interactions, and stay organized so we can deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct CRM data analyses to ensure high accuracy and completeness
    • Create, update, and maintain user records in the CRM system
    • Support the migration of business processes into CRM
    • Collaborate closely with CRM experts and business managers across multiple European countries
    • Design, modify, and maintain management reports within the CRM tool
    • Initiate, coordinate, and test system improvements
    • Prepare insights and present recommendations based on data findings

Our requirements

  • Strong skills in working with numbers and drawing logical conclusions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in analytical tasks
    • Well‑organized approach and strong attention to detail
    • Experience in a similar role related to reporting, application maintenance, or database use (an asset)
    • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
    • Ability to structure information clearly and precisely
    • Interest in CRM systems, business process analysis, or data quality
    • Availability to work during the 6‑month internship period
