Your role
Help design and deliver smart automation solutions that drive operational excellence and simplify complex business processes. Working with modern automation platforms, you’ll contribute to building scalable, document-aware workflows tailored to evolving organizational needs. Your role will focus on analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that deliver real business value.
Your tasks
- Design and develop automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Implement, test, and deploy automation solutions following coding standards.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for RPA optimization.
- Build scalable solutions using UiPath and object-oriented principles.
- Apply SCRUM and Agile methods in project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain automations to ensure stability and performance.
Your profile
- Around 2 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath.
- Ability to design new automations and enhance existing ones across all development phases.
- Knowledge of relational databases and network communication standards (e.g., JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD).
- Experience with tools such as GIT, JIRA, ServiceNow and working within SCRUM/Agile frameworks.
- Good communication skills, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- University degree in a technical or business-related field.
