For graduates and anyone starting their career, we pay you to train at our Academy for 3-12 weeks. After the training, you’re placed on-site with one of our clients—ranging from investment banks to insurance companies—where you work as an mthree employee for 12-24 months. During your placement, you’ll earn a salary increase every 9 months. At the end, the majority become full-time employees with the client company.
