Employers are invited to co-create the BK UP cycle with the Career Services and students!
The series of trainings is an answer to the students’ needs in the area of professional development. The trainings are intended to enable students to benefit from the experience and knowledge of professionals, practitioners – representatives of employers. It is also an opportunity for face-to-face meetings between a group of students interested in development and practitioners who want to support them in their growth and show them career opportunities.
Subjects of training
In December we surveyed the training needs of students. 820 students took part in the survey. Over 750 signed up to a mailing list entitling them to early registration for training. Students identified the following topics:
Organization
- We accept company applications until 31 January.
- The application form for the programme can be found HERE.
- The company may submit up to 3 proposals for training.
- The application form includes thematic areas selected by students in a survey. In the form, please give the exact topic of the proposed training and the date of the training.
- All trainings in this edition will take place online due to restrictions related to the pandemic.
- Trainings can take place on the platforms used at Wrocław University of Technology (Zoom, MS Teams) or on those proposed by the trainer.
- After receiving applications, the Career Office will select a set of training courses to be implemented, guided by the needs of students expressed in the questionnaire and also taking into account the greatest possible diversity of topics.
- The implementation of the cycle will start on 21 February and will last until 25 February.
- A detailed schedule will be presented once the recruitment of companies has been completed.
- The Careers Services is responsible for promoting the cycle and for recruiting students.
- The development of training materials is the responsibility of the Employers.
