As an SAP Silver Partner and specialist in SAP BRIM, Acuiti Labs leads business technology transformations. We work with cloud-based platforms like Subscription Billing, CPQ, and Entitlement Management, deployed on S/4HANA.

Training and Development
Programme Length: 2 years
Duration: 6-month fully funded training at our India office
Structure:
Phase 1: 3 months of intensive classroom training on core technologies and industry best practices
Phase 2: 3 months of hands-on project training to gain real-world experience
Evaluation: Final assessment to determine eligibility for a permanent role

What You’ll Do
As a Consultant (Trainee), you will design and implement software solutions and ensure adherence to development best practices. You’ll analyze workflows, optimize data usage, and contribute to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Working with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and assess the operational feasibility of digital solutions
· Designing and optimising system workflows to maximise efficiency and enhance data utilisation across platforms
· Driving adherence to the full software development lifecycle, ensuring best-in-class practices are consistently applied
· Developing comprehensive system documentation, including flowcharts, technical annotations, and architectural overviews
· Defining robust system specifications and recommending industry-aligned best practices to guide implementation and governance
· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and proposing enhancements to systems, processes, and internal policies
· Collecting and analysing development challenges to generate actionable insights that inform future technology decisions
· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies to align technology initiatives with wider organisational growth objectives.

Entry requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or MBA
Preferred Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C, C++, Java, Python, AngularJS, Node.js, JavaScript
Advantageous: Go, TypeScript, Shell Scripting
