C.H. Robinson is looking for an Associate Collections Representative! Join our expanding Finance Shared Services team in Wroclaw and take on a key role in managing customer payment processes.

In this role, you’ll analyze customer payment statuses, resolve outstanding invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen customer relationships. Using problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, you’ll identify the root causes of payment delays and work proactively to improve collections efficiency. You’ll also communicate professionally with customers via email and phone to follow up on past-due balances.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Analyzing customer payment statuses through 3rd party provider portals as a min duty

  • Utilizing problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices

  • Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve hold/not approved invoices

  • Build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall CHR profitability

  • Follow set escalation process on problematic accounts

  • Calling and emailing customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner occasionally

  • Support ideas for process improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Proficiency in English (min. C1) is a must

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

  • Quick learner

  • Ability to use own judgment and make decisions.

  • Ability/desire to work in a big group (40+)
