YOUR TASKS
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications within the area of Software Engineering.
- Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve complex software engineering problems.
- Participate in research, design, development, and maintenance activities, ensuring best practices in software engineering.
- Exercise independent judgment and original thinking while supervising technical and administrative tasks of other engineers when needed.
- Continuously build skills and expertise to meet standard expectations for the role, as defined in Professional Communities.
- Collaborate effectively with other software engineers and stakeholders, acting as a proactive team player.
YOUR PROFILE
- From 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in software development.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and development principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, delivering accurate and reliable results.
- Skilled in handling a variety of tasks and problems, applying knowledge effectively.
- Strong time management skills to meet mid-term objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a positive impact on project performance.
- Capable of making informed decisions based on situational understanding, not just predefined rules.
