Responsibilities
- Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct standardized checks and preventive maintenance for production line and public system equipment. Monitor equipment health to reduce failure rates.
- Troubleshooting and Analysis: Respond promptly to equipment failures, analyze root causes, summarize repair experiences, and assist in compiling maintenance manuals.
- Technical Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for operational improvements in equipment, propose optimization recommendations, and assist engineers in equipment modification and commissioning projects.
- Record and Data Management: Maintain standardized work logs and maintenance records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support failure analysis and preventive maintenance.

Requirements
- Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, or a related field.
- Knowledge and Certifications: Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Holders of relevant special operation certificates (e.g., electrician, welder) or competency certificates are preferred.
- Basic Skills: Ability to read mechanical drawings and simple circuit diagrams, understand common transmission methods (gears, belts, etc.), and use basic tools for assembly, debugging, and maintenance.
- Learning and Development: Passionate about production equipment maintenance, with hands-on capability and troubleshooting mindset. Willing to gain frontline experience and grow into a technical backbone.
- General Attributes: Responsible, safety-conscious, with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2 level).
