Your Impact
You will learn how to work with a state-of-the-art digital platform for benchmarking projects within the pharmaceutical industry as part of the Pharma Operations Benchmarking & Opportunity Sizing (POBOS) group.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a team of analysts in their day-to-day client work including data analysis and automation of back-end tools used in benchmarking projects. Throughout the work, you’ll collaborate and actively contribute to the workflow/activities within the team.
You will also develop an understanding of operational excellence and the pharmaceutical industry.
This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship and open roles at the time

Your qualifications and skills
- University students in their fourth or final year with a background in life sciences, business, or quantitative fields. Typical areas of study include (but are not limited to) economics, engineering, statistics, finance, logistics, pharmacy, or biotechnology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of Python is a big plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative and energetic attitude
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to work in an international environment
- Fluent level language skills in English, both verbal and written
