As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments. We ensure a frictionless interface of IT and business operations so that all employees in production, logistics, and other areas can work efficiently and without interference.
Now we are looking for a talented intern to join our Vendor Management team.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Support role within the IT Global Vendor Management function, with a focus on top strategic IT vendors and ongoing vendor performance
- As part of Vendor Performance and Vendor Governance, support the preparation of reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, data collection, and vendor reviews, including feedback analysis and overall performance tracking
- Monitor vendor performance through stakeholder feedback, dashboards, and surveys
- Maintain and update stakeholder lists and finalize distribution lists for each survey. Provide advance notifications prior to survey publication.
- Publish surveys to stakeholders, promote participation, and send reminders. Consolidate survey results into dashboard views to track progress and identify improvement areas
- Consolidate survey results into clear and engaging presentations and dashboards
- Present survey results (slides, dashboards) to Vendor Managers, stakeholders, and vendors
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on survey results. Align with Vendor Managers to define improvement plans, share them with vendors, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to determine the appropriate methods for tracking continuous improvements (e.g., via Ariba or governance meetings)
- Provide commercial support where performance impacts financial aspects, such as credit notes, benchmarking, and value leakage
- Proactively collaborate with FDT Towers technical teams, business segments, stakeholders, procurement, and legal teams to ensure transparency, effective communication, and project success

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
