Responsibilities

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Full-Stack IT & Software Engineering Intern to join our fast-paced Digital & Technology SBU. This role is crucial for designing, building, and maintaining innovative software solutions and robust IT infrastructure for our diverse client base. You will be operating as a specialist, gaining hands-on experience across the entire software development lifecycle and IT systems architecture, from initial concept to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Providing first-level response and troubleshooting for hardware, software, or connectivity issues faced by team members.
Hardware & Software Setup: Setting up computers for new team members, installing necessary software licenses, and configuring peripherals.
Network Monitoring: Monitoring the security and continuity of the internal network (WiFi/LAN) and providing technical support to minimize connectivity drops.
Inventory Management: Maintaining an inventory of company technical equipment (laptops,monitors, etc.) and tracking the assignment of assets.
Security Compliance: Following antivirus updates and supporting the implementation of basic cybersecurity protocols to protect company data.

System Backups: Checking regular system backups and supporting cloud/local storage management to prevent data loss.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken. Native Polish or another European language is a strong asset.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment requiring you to be in our Krakow office a few days per week for team collaboration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
