Location: Wroclaw, hybrid
Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for a Customs Clearance and Logistics Working Student for the Laboratory Operations team in Wroclaw. You will work closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperate with the lab teams in other countries at 18 sites.
Your responsibilities
- Cooperate and conduct negotiations with Customs Office and Compliance Management
- Manage customs issues like customs duties, and VAT, and cooperate with external Customs Agencies
- Handle ECCN procedure (cooperation with internal and external partners, ABW reporting)
- Import/ export issues
- Transport companies locally and across the world
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Status of a student of Logistics, Finance, or equivalent education
- Very good communication in English (both written and spoken)
- Very good communication in Polish ( both written and spoken)
- Experience in logistics matters, coordination, and related financial aspects
- Ability to closely cooperate with external suppliers and subcontractors
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Customs issues like customs duties, VAT, cooperation with external Customs Agencies
