Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and test electromechanical systems and custom devices
- Develop and modify control software for motion control and automation applications
- Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability of existing products
- Participate in mechanical, electrical, and system-level design reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation, test procedures, and assembly instructions
- Support production, testing, and product validation activities
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customer support teams
Requirements
- Degree (or final-year studies) in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of sensors, actuators, motion control systems, and mechanical design
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design
- Programming experience in C/C++ or similar languages
- Ability to independently investigate technical problems and propose solutions
- Communicative English
Nice to Have
- Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers
- Knowledge of motion controllers, stepper motors, servomotors, and industrial communication protocols
- Experience with laboratory equipment, optical systems, machine vision, or industrial automation
- Hands-on prototyping and soldering skills
