As Order to Cash Intern in Smith+Nephew finance operations team you will be responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient Order to Cash processes as well as for following the designed control metrics as described in the S+N Finance Order to Cash taxonomy.

Planned start date: 1st July 2024

Program length: 12 months

Location: Wroclaw S+N office, Poland (hybrid)

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate customer’s queries with the relevant departments for dispute resolution.
• Manage customer administration needs to help them pay the invoices (send account statement, dunning letter, provide invoice copy when required).
• Contact customers to collect outstanding debt (phone, e-mail). Ensure that payment terms are met and follow up of overdue amounts.
• Allocate payments and reconcile accounts.
• Proactively build relationships with the customer, continually seek out ways to improve customer satisfaction, communication & query resolution.

What you need to be successful?

• Currently enrolled in a degree program at university. Preferably in Finance, Business or equivalent,
• Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English,
• Intermediate communication skills in Spanish (B1),

• Willingness to learn,
• Ability to work within a team and individually.
