About the Program

We are looking for passionate and driven students to join our growing team for a hands-on internship experience.

Aira Internship Program is a unique opportunity to work across various disciplines in an innovative industrial environment, contributing to real projects that support our operations, development, and digital transformation.

We offer paid internships with an hourly rate and flexible work hours that can perfectly fit your schedule.

What’s in it for you?

  • Opportunity to develop key skills for future Project Managers, including communication, advancing your PowerPoint use in project tasks, and handling administrative duties.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to develop project documentation, facilitate effective communication and ensure high-quality reporting.
  • A practical understanding of the current production process.
  • Exposure to real-life industrial projects and tools.
  • Insight into a collaborative, open, and innovation-driven work culture.
  • Flexibility to match your academic calendar.
  • Mentorship from experienced professionals.

What are we looking for?

  • You are a 3rd-year or above student in Project Management, Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Administration,  Economics, or Management Engineering.
  • You have a good command of English – you’ll need it to work with technical documentation, reports, tools, and systems.
  • You’re eager to learn and apply your knowledge in a real-world production environment.
  • You’re a team player with a proactive mindset.
  • You have good working knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, and you feel comfortable communicating via email or MS Teams

Important to note:

  • Paid internship is based on a civil law agreement (contract of mandate, pol. “umowa zlecenie” – a common form of flexible employment in Poland), with an hourly rate of 30.50 PLN gross
  • The internship lasts a minimum of 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 1 year. We aim to start as soon as possible.
  • Consider our location – you can reach us by car (free parking available), by MPK bus, or by KD train (station: Wrocław-Popiele).

How to apply?

    • Prepare a short introduction about yourself so we can get to know you better. Create a .pdf file describing your achievements, interests, field of study, and why you think we should meet you. Please note: the number of internship slots is limited, and the document must be in English.
    • Apply.
    • Wait to hear from us – as with any recruitment process, we will contact only selected candidates.
    • If your application is successful, we’ll give you a call – so keep your phone nearby!
    • In the final stage, we’ll invite you for an on-site meeting at our Aira factory at Mydlana 2, Wrocław.
