Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify material sources, conduct price inquiries/comparisons, and perform supplier qualification, evaluation, and relationship maintenance.
- Order & Planning Execution: Develop procurement plans based on demand, execute purchase orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely material supply.
- Process & Documentation Handling: Strictly follow procedures to complete procurement workflows, document processing, and payment tracking, ensuring compliance.
- Inbound & Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse staff to complete material inspection, warehousing, returns, and replenishment processes.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Maintain daily procurement records, conduct periodic data analysis, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Market Analysis & Risk Control: Monitor raw material market prices and supply-demand trends, conduct risk assessments, and adjust procurement strategies to control costs and supply risks.
- Cross-functional Support & Collaboration: Assist Production, R&D, and Quality departments with technical validation and documentation, and support activities such as bidding and contract execution.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Familiar with basic chemical knowledge, detail-oriented with numbers and willing to learn supply chain management principles.
- Core Skills: Data processing, communication and coordination, and project management abilities.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, excellent interpersonal skills, strong service mindset, team-oriented.
- Language: Fluent in English (minimum CEFR B2 level or equivalent).
