Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage overseas product introduction and registration processes to ensure timely approval and market readiness.
  • Main monitor and familiarize with difference country specific regulatory requirements in Europe, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and product-related complaints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing constructive feedback.
  • Gather, verify, and maintain accurate product-related information, including regulatory requirements, product catalogue, product data, and certification documents.
  • Support the centralization and maintenance of product master data across the Green Excel Group to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Support new product development and launch activities, including preparation of marketing and training materials.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Structural Engineering or any similar degree qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or project experience will be an advantage.
  • Strong foundation in Structural Engineering studies with the ability to understand, interpret, and analyze technical information.
  • Proficient in computer applications and business writing.
  • Foundational knowledge of, or strong interest in, regulatory affairs, product registration, and compliance-related functions.
  • B2/C1 in English for both writing and speaking
