Responsibilities
- Process & System Improvement: Deep-dive into production operations to understand existing quality inspection methods. Provide expert recommendations to help optimize and implement better quality management processes and systems.
- Quality Planning: Collect and analyze quality data for your assigned product lines each month. Develop monthly control plans and specific actions to continuously improve quality.
- Quality Requirements Deployment: Accurately understand key customer quality needs. Turn them into clear internal standards to make sure customer expectations are met.
- Quality Monitoring: Evaluate quality at various stages. Closely monitor production, quickly respond to any issues, and lead investigations to find and fix the root cause.
- Non-Conforming Product Management: Be responsible for assessing, handling, and reviewing the release of products that don’t meet standards. Balance quality risks with the need to deliver on time.
- Corrective & Preventive Action: Proactively find the root cause of quality problems. Lead the team in fixing them and make sure solutions stick, to prevent the same issues from happening again.
- Quality Improvement Projects: Identify opportunities for major quality improvements. Lead special projects, use quality tools to get results, and present your project findings.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Responsible for managing customer complaints and returns; proactively conduct customer communication and system-related tasks to resolve and eliminate customer complaints.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of plastics production, chemical material analysis methods, and some familiarity with mechanical engineering concepts.
- Understanding of quality problem analysis methodologies and systematic thinking.
- Strong quality awareness, logical thinking skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (at least equivalent to CEFR Level B2).
