Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily IT operations, basic configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with clients in German and/or English via email and phone.
- Analyze system issues and suggest effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to project work and participate in team meetings.

Requirements
- Technical background or education.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (MSSQL, Oracle), or ticketing/reporting tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Bugzilla, OTRS).
- English and German language skills (min. B1).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
- Team player with good communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of SAP and/or OpenText.
