Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily IT operations, basic configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with clients in German and/or English via email and phone.
  • Analyze system issues and suggest effective technical solutions.
  • Contribute to project work and participate in team meetings.

Requirements

  • Technical background or education.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (MSSQL, Oracle), or ticketing/reporting tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Bugzilla, OTRS).
  • English and German language skills (min. B1).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow professionally.
  • Team player with good communication and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of SAP and/or OpenText.
