Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. Position: Scrum Master Support – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 01.11.2025- 31.10.2026
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw)
Education Recommendations: Currently, a candidate from the field of study like Management, Computer Science and similar

As a Scrum Master you will join and support MN RAN R&D RL1 Runtime Algos team. We are a passionate and experienced team maintaining software components with all kinds of runtime features. It includes RF adaptive algorithms and multiple tests. Also, our team is responsible for SW maintenance activities in our competence area to ensure the RF product operation delights the customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

As part of our team, you will:

  • Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
  • Facilitate the Scrum events
  • Participate in the company-wide and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
  • Assistance in the coordination of projects
  • Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
  • Manage team backlog, item dependencies, and risks

Qualifications

You have: 

  • Active student status
  • Good English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of Office applications
  • Open to hybrid work (Wroclaw office)
  • Theoretical knowledge of Scrum and Kanban / Project Management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate with other people in various situations
