Must have:

  • 3rd-year BA or 1st-year MA student in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field (graduating in 2-3 years)
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level)
  • 6+ months working experience in an office environment
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with ability to draft attention-grabbing LinkedIn posts and messages
  • Understanding of buyer psychology – can grasp buyer motivations, and tailor content accordingly
  • Content ideation – able to listen to voice notes, extract key ideas, and propose compelling posts
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-driven, proactive attitude, with ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Data-driven and analytical approach
  • Basic graphic design skills (eg. Canva)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with marketing and Linkedin automation tools
  • Practical experience with sales and marketing techniques and strategies
  • Familiarity with AI and its applications
  • Working knowledge of German (B2 level)

Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in building our LinkedIn brand, crafting content that the audience loves, and reaching out to potential clients.  Beyond copywriting tasks, you will also handle social media administrative duties. Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation – creating engaging content aligned with current marketing strategy based on received materials, news, interviews with experts
  • Community Building – engaging with followers, monitoring content performance, responding to comments and DMs
  • Leads Management – monitoring incoming leads, qualifying them based on predefined criteria, and ensuring timely follow-up or redirection
  • Outbound Messaging – crafting and sending targeted outbound tailored messages, performance tracking and iterating on messaging for improved engagement.
  • Trend Watching – observing and overwatching both social media and industry trends to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content or strategic adjustments
  • Competitor benchmarking – regularly reviewing competitors’ online presence, campaigns, and communication styles to identify best practices, and gaps
  • Testing – implementing and testing marketing automation tools to optimize your work, conducting A/B tests and test various strategies
  • Marketing Strategy – active participating in creating and implementing, including delivering insights from market research, performance analytics
