Position: SRAN Services Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to start full-time cooperation after the internship)
Location: Poland, Wrocław
Date: 1.05.2025 – 31.04.2026
Education Recommendations: Active student of Master’s in: Telecom/ Electronics and Communication / Electrics and Electronics / Computer Engineering or related area

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Working in Nokia Project Engineering department, you will learn how to: 

  • Engage in comprehensive training focused on 5G telecommunications technologies and solutions.
  • Assist in deploying, and troubleshooting telecommunication networks, ensuring high quality and reliability (Laboratory and Live Network).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to enhance network performance and implementation.
  • Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and improve network efficiency through problem-solving.
  • Provide technical support for Nokia’s 5G Radio Access Network, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in 5G technology and implement new features as needed.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach towards professional development and teamwork.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • An active student status of Master’s in: Telecom, Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering (Master’s or Bachelor’s) or related area.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work up to 40 hours/week.
  • Passion for learning and professional development in telecommunications.
  • Basic knowledge of Telecommunication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G LTE, 5G).
  • Understanding of radio wave propagation, antennas interference, and modulation principles.
  • Strong coding skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data interpolation skills and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong soft skills.
