What you’ll do:

  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. This includes analysing costs and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for savings
  • Handel large datasets related to logistics expenses. This includes reconciling invoices details from suppliers with internal records, ensuring accuracy in billing, and managing financial data in spreadsheets or specialized software (e.g. Excel/Power BI/ logistics software)
  • Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes within the logistics department. This could involve creating new financial models, automating reports, or improving the efficiency of data collection
  • You can be involved in other projects such as outbound freight analysis and dashboard, report automatisation, organisation of reporting/SharePoint to improve cost control and efficiency

 

What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Great communication skills in English and Polish
  • Strong analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge
  • Passion for simplification and automation of processes / reports
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
