Role Overview

This is a hands-on startup role for someone who likes building things and shipping fast.

You’ll work directly with the founder to turn real, messy business workflows (SEO, content production, research) into working AI systems. There’s no handoff to another team, no long approval chains, and no “theory-only” work. If something breaks, we fix it. If something works, we ship it and iterate.

We care much more about getting useful systems live than about perfect architecture on day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate on AI workflows for:

  • SEO content production

  • Content refreshes based on performance data

  • Research pipelines (e.g. Reddit → insights → briefs)

• Implement automation using n8n (self-hosted)

• Design and maintain LLM workflows in LangFlow

• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic) into production workflows

• Design simple, practical data models in Supabase (or other vector DB)

• Store and retrieve embeddings for RAG-style workflows

• Ingest and process external data sources (Reddit, web pages, analytics exports)

• Turn loosely defined ideas into working prototypes

• Debug workflows, improve reliability, and reduce friction

• Document systems so they can be reused and extended

• Take ownership from idea → working solution

Requirements

• Current student at a technical university (CS, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML or related)

• Basic programming knowledge (APIs, JSON, data flow)

• Comfortable working with structured data and databases (SQL basics are enough)

• Willingness to learn new tools quickly

• Clear communication and reliability
