Your role

You will support end users by resolving technical issues reported via phone, chat and e‑mail. Acting as a first point of contact in IT Support, you will diagnose problems, provide guidance, and ensure smooth access to applications, devices and systems. When needed, you will cooperate with more advanced support lines to secure quick and effective problem resolution.

Your tasks

  • Handle incoming requests from users via phone, chat or e‑mail regarding access issues, software problems and basic IT incidents.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by following provided procedures, using diagnostic tools and applying analytical thinking.
  • Guide end users through solutions in a clear and friendly way, ensuring high‑quality service and user satisfaction.
  • Escalate more complex cases to specialist teams and collaborate closely to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document all issues, steps taken and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Learn and use the internal knowledge base, tools and procedures provided during onboarding.
  • Continuously develop IT knowledge and participate in internal trainings to grow into more advanced IT roles.

Your profile

 

    • Very good command of one of the following foreign languages: German, French Spanish or Dutch.
    • Willingness to begin a career in IT and develop technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Problem‑solving mindset and a positive, can‑do attitude.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to talk to users with different technical backgrounds.
    • Team‑oriented approach and openness to continuous learning.
    • Nice to have: Basic understanding of IT concepts (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices) or a natural technical aptitude.
