As a part of your team, you will :

•design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
•apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
•ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
•build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
•understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
•share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Advisor Enablement team in Wroclaw. We develop platform which acts as a host for hundreds of independent apps. You will work with applications written in React and Web Components. We provide opportunity to work within experienced team developing solutions based on cloud solutions like Azure.

Our basic requirements
We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2025.
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your expertise

•practical knowledge and understanding of JavaScript/CSS/HTML is a must
•experience in university projects with JavaScript is welcome
•nice to know any modern frontend framework (like React, Angular, Vue, Svelte, Stencil)
•nice to know basics of git
•knowledge of MS Azure Cloud solutions is a huge plus
•nice to have knowledge of networks, operating systems, data structures, and databases
•interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
•strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing
•fluent in English
