Position: Test Auto with Java – Working Student
Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong to the next 12 months)
Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.06.2026 (possibility to prolong)
Location: Poland (hybrid in Wroclaw )
Education Recommendations: Currently, a candidate from a field of study like Computer Science and similar
Our team is responsible for ensuring the complete testing and quality for NetGuard Identity Access Manager, NetGuard Audit Compliance Audit Manager, and NetGuard Endpoint Detection and Response.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of our team, you will:
- Develop test scenarios
- Write and run manual or automated tests using Cucumber and Java to ensure functionality and quality standards are met
- Develop automated tests of REST APIs
- Isolate, duplicate, and resolve problems
- Set up and debug the test environment and equipment
- Provide input into the test planning, test configurations, technical problem solution, and report of progress during the verification cycle
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Active student status
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Open to hybrid work from Wroclaw office
- Knowledge of Java SE
- Basic knowledge of Python language
- Knowledge of object-oriented software design paradigms, design patterns, and modeling tools
- Knowledge of modern software development methodologies and processes
- Familiarity with Linux/UNIX operating system
- Basic knowledge of databases, HTML&CSS
- Basic knowledge about Agile methodology
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of Cucumber for Java
- Familiarity with container solutions(docker/kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Spring
