We’re Building the Team – Volunteer Opportunity!

We are looking for volunteers to support the organization of Digital ID Forum 2026!

Volunteer Responsibilities:
1. Conference Reception
– participant registration,
– handing out badges and translation headsets,
– providing basic event information,
– directing participants to the appropriate rooms and areas.

2. Stage & Panel Support
– assisting speakers before presentations,
– coordinating stage entrances,
– rearranging the stage setup depending on the session format
– cooperating with the technical team and organizers.

3. Participant Support & Information
– assisting international guests,
– logistical support during networking breaks,
– responding to participants’ ongoing needs,
– helping ensure the smooth running of the event.

4. Marketing & Social Media Support
– recording short videos and interviews with participants and speakers,
– supporting social media content creation,
– assisting the marketing team during the conference,
– collecting short video testimonials from guests.

Organization Details
– availability required:
May 18: approx. 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM,
May 19: approx. 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM,
– shift-based work possible depending on tasks,
– dress code: neat business casual attire,
– communicative English skills are welcome.
