All about the role

Customer Service Advisor – English/Dutch (Part Time)

 

A courier with a flat tire? A damaged order? A large event in the city with roadblocks? Crazy weather conditions? Nothing is too challenging for our Live Operations teams. Our Live Operations agents support our couriers remotely, making sure they get to pick up and deliver their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, making customers happy.

 

Communicating closely with our couriers, you’re able to quickly and easily solve issues like this, keeping track of their schedules and supporting them when they have a request. In addition to a well-organised and practical approach to problems, you’ll be using your communication and decision making skills to help our couriers. And you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Great teammate, willing to share  and adopt ideas and best practice with professionalism and respect
  • Tracking deliveries on our platform to help maximise delivery times;
  • Following the automatic order distribution system;
  • Communicate via chat or phone with couriers and/or in exceptional situations the customer.

 

Can you deliver…

Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Passionate about delivering service excellence and achieving satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch;
  • Effective communicator with an eye for detail and a resilient approach
  • Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease
  • Able to multitask and prioritise;
  • Embraces ownership, accountability and challenge with determination and positivity for our couriers
  • Full Flexibility, between the hours 7am to 1am Monday to Sunday, working 5X 4 hour shifts;
