Location: Wroclaw (hybrid mode)

Joining the team as an Incident Coordinator, you’ll become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that brings together specialists from across the department. In this role, you’ll play an important part in keeping our fault management process running smoothly — ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and effective coordination between teams. You’ll work closely with Fault CoordinatorsFault Responsible Persons, and Team Managers to help streamline communication, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards in our operations.

Your responsibilities

  • Daily Monitoring and Updates: Regularly review and request updates to fault information to ensure alignment with the established golden standard, maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with Fault Coordinators, Fault Responsible Persons, or Team Managers to streamline communication, resolve issues efficiently, and support the fault management process

Your skills and experience

Must-have :

  • Active student status at minimum one year
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Open to minimum 30h/week during business hours (being at work every day is essential in this role)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Networking and outstanding communication skills in a multicultural environment
  • Assertiveness and self-confidence
  • Ability to deal with ad hoc situations
  • Attention to detail and perceptiveness
  • Ability to concentrate on execution while maintaining open and direct communication

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in ticketing tools
  • Jira knowledge
