Position Overview: 
We are seeking a motivated Infrastructure Engineering Intern for a 3-month placement within Controlant’s Technology Department. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our cloud-based platform and internal systems that support our teams. This internship provides hands-on experience in infrastructure management within a structured environment, offering the opportunity to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Monitor AWS environments to ensure smooth operation.

• Support automation initiatives using tools such as Terraform.

• Participate in security checks and best practice reviews.

• Join troubleshooting sessions to learn how issues are identified and resolved.

• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.

• Explore new AWS features and understand their application in real projects.

• Document your learning to enhance team knowledge.

Qualifications: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Basic knowledge of Linux OS, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.

• Proactive learner with a strong interest in infrastructure and a DevOps mindset.

• Awareness of observability, monitoring, and alerting concepts.

• Collaborative, curious, and comfortable seeking guidance.

• Good written and spoken English skills.

• Located in Wroclaw and ready to work in hybrid mode (50% on-site).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Terraform, AWS, Git, GitLab, Grafana, Prometheus, or Kubernetes.
